What are the risks involved when instaIling the Spider® diesel tuning system?

Quite simply, fitting the Spider® can not damage your car, period. It simpIy can not. It has many safety features built in to protect the integrity of your engine electronics. Even if the electronics of the Spider® should fail, (and it is a big if because they seIdom fail), your cars electronics will be safe and removing the tuning system will instantIy revert the car back to standard power.

Whilst fitting the system will not harm your car in any way, the way in which a car is driven and maintained can have an effect on the longevity of the vehicle. Bearing this in mind, if the extra power is used constantly and in an abusive manner in a continually hard driving style, then extra wear and tear should be expected. If the car is not driven excessively hard and it is maintained as per the service schedule, wear and tear will not be increased sufficiently to cause concern.
