The modern turbo system is controlled electronically via the ECU. It is pre determined at what pressure the turbo's wastegate is actuated which opens when the inlet pressure reaches its prescribed limit to prevent overboost.

The Turbo control kit from Diesel Tuner Systems™ allows you to alter the amount of pressure that the turbo is allowed to produce and can increase the pressure by upto 4.5 psi. This can produce excellent power gain from a turbo diesel engine, and is widely used also on petrol engines like the Impreza and Evo.

This kit is available for petrol and diesel vehicles as a wired installation and is sold as a professional tuning kit due to the power it can produce. All fitting components are included with full instructions. *Vehicle warranty is not available with the turbo control kit. You will be asked to include your vehicle details with your payment.
