Delivery

1. Our normal deIivery times are 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods or for systems that use a non stock item, delivery may take up to 10 working days. For special items such as wire in system and made to order systems, delivery can take up to 30 working days.

2. For UK deliveries we use a next day service from TNT, this does not impIy we have a next day delivery of the product. If delivery is urgent then please ask us for a confirmed delivery date before you purchase your system.

3. For non UK deIiveries and export, we use TNT express. Delivery times for Europe is usually 2-4 working days. Outside Europe delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

4. All items need to be signed for and can not be left with neighbours. Should no person be available to sign for the delivery it will be returned to the nearest TNT depot. In this case it is then the responsibility of the buyer to arrange redelivery or to arrange pick up from the depot. Should you not arrange redelivery or pick up, the package will be returned to us. Further delivery attempts will be at cost to the buyer.

5. In any case please leave 10 working days for UK orders and 15 working days for non UK orders before contacting us regarding delivery
